School Council
At Neatherd we think that it is important that pupils have a voice, plus School Council is one of various ways pupils can develop leadership skills.
Each form elects a representative who has the role of finding out what their peers would like to change about school. The form representatives attend a meeting every half term in order to share their views, and to discuss topical issues. There will always be an appropriate member of staff present in order to add to the discussion and to pass on any feed back to the appropriate senior members of staff in school.
Topical issues for the year have been the new behaviour policy, homework, uniform, canteen food, detentions, rewards, trips and anti-bullying events
